Heart vs Mind

The last time you made a rather BIG decision, did you make a rational decision or did you follow your heart? Which is better?

If the mind controls all our perceptions, how come our heart can contradict our mind? And without the pointers from our mind, how accurate can our heart be?

  • I think we have two 'brains': One in the head, the other in the heart. The one in the head is responsible for doing all the intellectual thinking, whereas the one in the heart controls the emotions.

  • Hmmm maybe that's why there are some people whose lives are ruled by pure logic (brain in the head) while others are ruled by their hearts (brain in the heart). =)
